Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at primaloura@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Primaloura or the contents on the outside. Compounds are shipped as dry lyophilized powder. No refrigeration required during transit.

Yes — free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds — including their temperature sensitivity, chain of custody requirements, and research-grade classification — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product damaged in transit, contact us at primaloura@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

Refunds are not offered as a standard policy. In the event of a confirmed shipping error or verified product defect reported within 48 hours of delivery, we may issue store credit or a replacement at our sole discretion.

Storage requirements vary by compound:

• Retatrutide — Store lyophilized at -20°C long term. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
• Tirzepatide — Store lyophilized at -20°C. Refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 28 days.
• NAD+ — Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigeration recommended for long-term stability.
• GHK-Cu — Store lyophilized at -20°C. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Cagrilintide — Store lyophilized at -20°C. Refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 28 days.

Lyophilized peptides are typically reconstituted using bacteriostatic water or sterile water. The general process involves:

• Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening
• Add solvent slowly along the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved
• Store reconstituted solution as directed per compound

When stored correctly in lyophilized form, most compounds maintain stability for 24 months or more. Each vial includes a lot number and expiry date. Once reconstituted, stability is significantly reduced — refer to individual product pages for specific guidance.

You earn 10% commission on all referred sales. Once your referred sales reach $500, your commission automatically increases to 15% on future sales.
