Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify us at primaloura@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. Valid claims may result in store credit or product replacement at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. To cancel, contact us immediately at primaloura@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Primaloura is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier directly.

Shipping Destinations

Primaloura ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee at checkout)

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders totaling $150 or more after any discounts are applied.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external reference to Primaloura or the contents. No refrigeration required during transit.

Discreet Billing

For customer privacy, charges will appear on your bank or card statement under a discreet descriptor, not under Primaloura or any reference to research compounds.
